Our Christmas cakes are made with mixed dried fruits soaked in Amaretto for at least 1 week, and topped with home made marzipan (over 50% almonds) and fondant icing. The cakes will be baked to order on 23rd December, collection only from the Nook in Durham indoor market hall.
